Mark Fam is a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s National Health Services practice, based in Toronto, and a Senior Fellow of Deloitte’s Center for Health Solutions, a research center focused on the health and life sciences, based in Washington D.C. He has developed a broad base of industry knowledge based on his consulting, hospital and academic experiences. In support of his consulting work, he has demonstrated a commitment to the health care industry through his Master of Health Administration, recognition as a Certified Health Executive and active participation in the Canadian College of Health Services Executives. He has lead several research studies for Deloitte focused on the health care system, including topics on medical tourism, health care consumerism, environmental sustainability, managing through the economic crisis, the future of academic health sciences centers and personal health records.
